MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax) - Moscow has called on the European Union to elaborate common norms of stress tests for nuclear power plants, Russian Permanent Representative to the EU Vladimir Chizhov told a Monday press conference in Moscow.
"We propose an agreement with the European Union on the criteria of such tests," he said.
In the words of Chizhov, the EU has no common stance on the issue.
