MOSCOW. May 24 (Interfax-AVN) - A Russian-U.S. commission will have to decide whether or not to allow the first U.S. commercial spacecraft to dock with the International Space Station (ISS) in November, Alexei Krasnov, director of the manned spaceflights program of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos), said.
"This flight [by the first U.S. commercial spacecraft] will possibly take place this year. It has tentatively been set for November. The commercial spacecraft's docking with the ISS is not ruled out," Krasnov said at a news conference at the Mission Control Center outside Moscow on Tuesday.
"The go-ahead for this docking will be given after Russian-American talks. It is quite possible," he said.
