G8 lacks coordinated position on Libya - Dvorkovich

MOSCOW. May 24 (Interfax) - So far the G8 countries are not unanimous on Libya, said Russian Presidential Aide Arkady Dvorkovich.

"So far we have no full consensus with regard to the situation in a number of countries in North Africa, in particular, in Libya," he told a press conference in Moscow on Tuesday.

Russia's position remains invariable and is based on the need to comply with UN resolutions, he said.
