MAKHACHKALA. May 25 (Interfax) - Magomedgadzhi Aliyev, member of the Kaspiysk City Assembly and head of the municipal unitary enterprise Gorvodokanal, was killed in Kaspiysk on Tuesday, the Investigations Department of the Investigations Committee for Dagestan told Interfax.
"Unknown individuals opened fire on his car. Aliyev died of the wounds," the source said.
A group of investigators is working at the site.
