MINSK. May 31 (Interfax) - The people detained as part of an investigation into an explosion that hit the Minsk subway system in April were also involved in 14 crimes committed from 2000 to 2011, Belarusian Deputy Prosecutor General Andrei Shved told journalists on Tuesday.
"We have established that the suspects committed their first crimes in 2000. This means that they conducted criminal actions in a district of Vitebsk primarily using improvised explosive devices for more than ten years. We have established that they committed 14 crimes from 2000 to 2011," he said.
