WARSAW. July 29 (Interfax) - The navigator of the Polish presidential jet that crashed in 2010 could not conduct radio communications in Russia due to poor language training, the final report of the Polish commission investigating the crash says.
"The navigator did not know Russian to an extent permitting him to conduct radio communications in that language," the document published in Poland on Friday says.
