Naryshkin-led commission to oversee qualification tests among senior interior staff

GORKI. July 29 (Interfax) - A commission for law enforcement agencies' staff policy, which was set by a presidential decree on Friday, will oversee staff issues in eight law enforcement bodies, Kremlin's chief of staff Sergei Naryshkin has told reporters.

Naryshkin previously led a commission for qualification tests among senior law enforcement officers, which was transformed into a permanent law enforcement staff policy commission.

The eight law enforcement agencies in which the new commission will conduct planned top staff qualification tests include the Interior Ministry, the Investigative Committee, the Federal Penitentiary Service and the Federal Drug Control Service, Naryshkin said.
