Rogozin to decide on his return to domestic politics in Sept

MOSCOW. August 3 (Interfax) - Russia's envoy to NATO Dmitry Rogozin has confirmed that changes are possible in his political future.

"Now, I have no time to think about it. I will decide on this no earlier than in September," Rogozin told Interfax when commenting on whether he will take part in the parliamentary election if the assembly of the Congress of Russian Communities announces its entry to the Russian Popular Front.

It was reported earlier that the Congress of Russian Communities, whose informal leader is Rogozin, intends to convene on September 21.

Rogozin stressed that his personal involvement in domestic political life does not depend on decisions to be made at the Congress of Russian Communities assembly. "I do not hold any formal position in the Congress of Russian Communities, that is why the assembly decisions do not effect me," he said.

Speaking about the Congress of Russian Communities' intention to join the Popular Front, Rogozin said: "I surely support the process of legalizing the Congress of Russian Communities in Russia's political space."
