SOCHI. Aug 5 (Interfax) - At present there are no legal or factual prerequisites for the unification of South and North Ossetia or for South Ossetia's entry into Russia, President Dmitry Medvedev said.
"I think that there aren't any legal prerequisites for this at the moment. It's impossible to foresee the future, but speaking about the current situation, there are no factual prerequisites for it now," Medvedev said in an interview for First Caucasian News Channel, Russia Today television and Ekho Moskvy radio.
