MOSCOW. Aug 8 (Interfax) - Mikheil Saakashvili is a pathological case of the Georgian people and Russia will never deal with him, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said.
At a press conference following his talks with his South Korean colleague, Lavrov said that in unofficial contacts, all serious western figures share Russia's attitude toward the incumbent president of Georgia.
