KOROLYOV. Oct 17 (Interfax-AVN) - Energia Corporation shareholders elected a new Board of Directors, a Corporation source told Interfax-AVN on Saturday.
"The special meeting of shareholders stopped the powers of the Board of Directors elected on June 25, 2011, and elected a new Board of Directors of the Energia Corporation," he said.
The new Board of Directors includes: Gazfond Non-Governmental Pension Fund Vice-President Sergei Bushmakin, Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Alor Group Anatoly Gavrilenko, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Space Bank Viktor Grigoryev, Deputy Head of the Federal Space Agency Vitaly Davydov, First Deputy General Designer of the Energia Corporation Nikolai Zelenshchikov, Deputy Economic Development Minister Andrei Klepach, Kurchatov Institute Director Mikhail Kovalchuk, Federal Space Agency Department Head Alexei Krasnov, Energia Corporation President and General Designer Vitaly Lopota, Federal Property Management Agency Deputy Head Gleb Nikitin, and Energia Experimental Machine Building Plant General Director Alexander Strekalov.
