MOSCOW. Oct 21 (Interfax) - Russia favors an international investigation of the circumstances of the death of the former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov believes.
"It is not accidental that the Office of UN High Commissioner on Human Rights stated today that all circumstances of his death must be investigated and I'm sure that such an investigation must be conducted, of course," he said in a Friday interview with three radio stations.
