MOSCOW. Oct 24 (Interfax-AVN) - The 15th international security show Interpolitex 2011 will take place at the Russian Exhibition Center in Moscow on October 25-28, the Federal Military-Technical Cooperation Service said.
"The show will present 322 Russian organizations and 25 companies from twelve states. The Tula Instrument Design Bureau, the Salyut Gas Turbine Research and Production Center, the Degtyarev Plant, the Almaz Central Design Bureau, R.E.T. Kronshtadt, Elektroavtomatika and others will represent the Russian defense sector at the show," says a report received by Interfax-AVN.
About 300 military products will be put on display, mostly optical systems, drones, specialized computers, armored vehicles and protective equipment.
Innovative development of armaments and specialized hardware will be discussed at the show.
A show of armaments and hardware and a performance of specialized units of the Russian Interior Ministry Forces will take place at the Geodezia Research Institute's training range in Krasnoarmeisk, Moscow region, on October 26.
