TSKHINVALI. Dec 1 (Interfax) - A state of emergency in South Ossetia is not on the agenda, Acting Speaker of the South Ossetian Parliament Zurab Kokoyev told Interfax.
"The republican parliament is working in the regular mode and has no urgent meetings, especially to discuss the possible state of emergency," he said.
The parliament declared that South Ossetia would have a new presidential election on March 25, 2012, and made no other decisions, Kokoyev said.
