TSKHINVAL. Dec 9 (Interfax) - South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoyty has appointed replacements for the ministers and the heads of government agencies, whom he sacked on Wednesday.
Alan Kotayev was appointed acting Mayor of Tskhival.
Dmitry Ivakov became acting head of the State Information Committee.
Larisa Valiyeva was appointed acting Health and Social Development Minister.
Elbris Gassiyev took over as Mayor of Kvays.
Several new deputy ministers have also been appointed.
