MOSCOW. Feb 2 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia is accurately fulfilling its contract with the U.S. Department of Defense on shipments of helicopters for the Afghan Armed Forces, and new agreements in this area are possible, Anatoly Isaikin, the general director of the Russian state arms trading monopoly Rosoboronexport, told journalists on Thursday.
"We are carrying out the contract precisely. I think negotiations on shipments of other types of weapons for Afghanistan under direct contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense are possible," Isaikin said.
