"In our view, today is the moment when we have to ask international organizations for assistance. Today we have drawn the attention of the OSCE high commissioner to this problem and have asked him to help get the OSCE involved in negotiations on this matter," Nina Stanski told reporters after a meeting with the OSCE high commissioner on national minorities, Knut Vollebaek.
