TBILISI. March 28 (Interfax) - The next 19th round of the Geneva talks will be held on March 28-29.
Usually Tbilisi raises issues such as Russia's cease-fire commitment, the creation of security mechanisms in the occupied territories, sending international monitors to the conflict zones, incident prevention and providing safe conditions for refugees' return, Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze said.
The Georgian delegation will draw particular attention to instances of human rights violation in the occupied territories, she said.
"One of the issues to be raised in Geneva is the protection of Georgian cultural monuments in the occupied territories and international organizations' participation in this. Active efforts to destroy the Georgian trail are under way in these regions. Georgia is actively cooperating with international organizations on these matters," the Georgian deputy foreign minister said.
