MOSCOW. April 2 (Interfax) - The ATR-72 jetliner, which crashed near Tyumen, was given its latest technical maintenance in February 2012, Russian Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin told Interfax on Monday.
"The plane had its latest overhaul in Germany in 2010 and routine maintenance in Tyumen two months ago," he said.
The jetliner was manufactured in 1991 and put into service in 1992. It has spent 35,000 hours in the air.
