Five states condemn N. Korean satellite launch - Lavrov

MOSCOW. April 13 (Interfax) - Russia, China, the United States, South Korea and Japan have unanimously condemned North Korea's satellite launch, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told journalists.

"UN Security Council resolutions voice unambiguous calls not to conduct such launches. This approach is shared by the participants in the six-party negotiations in the format of the DPRK [Democratic People's Republic of Korea] plus Russia, China, the U.S., South Korea and Japan. This is the common position of these five nations," he said.
