MOSCOW. April 13 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he regrets the ballistic rocket launch by North Korea, which was carried out despite calls from international community.

"Of course, we regret the launch, which was conducted by North Korea despite the calls from the international community not to do that, including the calls made by countries that are friendly to North Korea.
