MOSCOW. May 5 (Interfax) - Victims of the double terror act in Makhachkala have been identified, the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry told Interfax on Saturday.
"All the people killed in the terror attack had been identified by Saturday morning. The bodies were given to the families for burying," it said.
"Two people injured in the terror act were transferred from Makhachkala hospitals to the Beslan multirole medical center, North Ossetia," the ministry said.
A bomb went off near the Alyaska-30 police post in Makhachkala in the evening of May 3. The bomb was on a Mitsubishi car stopped for examination. The explosion sparked a fire at the police post and the surrounding area. When the rescuers arrived, the second bomb on a Gazelle van parked near the traffic police post was set off.
The terror act killed from 13 to 14 people and injured over 100.
