MOSCOW. May 22 (Interfax) - Approximately 70% of this year's state defense contracts have already been signed, Sergei Chemezov, the director of Rostekhnologii (Russian Technologies) corporation, told journalists.
"I think that some 70% of contracts for this year have already been signed," he said.
This work has been proceeding more rapidly this year, as compared with 2011, when 70% of state defense contracts were signed as of the beginning of October, he said.
"It means that some progress has already been made," Chemezov said.
