Putin and Juan Carlos plan to discuss prospects for the development of Russian-Spanish bilateral cooperation in various fields, it said.
"During the visit, the leaders of the two countries will meet with a number of Russian and Spanish business people, which is intended to provide an additional impetus to the strengthening of bilateral trade and economic ties and development of joint investment projects, among them cooperation in the oil and gas, high technology, energy, and transport infrastructure sectors.
