MOSCOW. July 13 (Interfax) - Moscow views statements by U.S. officials on their concern about Russian bills on non-governmental organizations and blacklists of Internet websites as interference in Russia's internal affairs, Russian Foreign Ministry Commissioner for Human Rights, Democracy, and Rule of Law Konstantin Dolgov said.
"Without going into details of the U.S. position, we state that such approaches cannot be perceived other than as attempts of absolutely inappropriate and gross interference in activities of Russian government bodies and a sovereign lawmaking process, which is proceeding strictly in compliance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation," Dolgov said in a commentary published on the Foreign Ministry website on Friday.
