MOSCOW. Aug 2 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree appointed Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov as his Special Representative for the Middle East |.
"To entrust Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Leonidovich Bogdanov with the duties of Russian President's Special Representative for the Middle East," said the presidential decree posted on the official Internet portal for legal news.
Bogdanov has been re-appointed to this office because in January he was confirmed in this capacity by the then president, Dmitry Medvedev.
