MOSCOW. Oct 18 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is due to visit Kyiv on October 19 to discuss Russian Black Sea Fleet affairs, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich told a Thursday press briefing in Moscow.
"Broadening of the legal framework of the stay of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Ukraine will be an important item on the agenda," he said.
In his words, the sides will also discuss the Transdniestrian settlement, the entire range of bilateral relations and some international issues.
