MINSK. Oct 19 (Interfax) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has fired the head of the military counterintelligence department of the State Security Agency, Maj. Gen. Alexei Zakharov, replacing him with Col. Alexander Nazarenko.
Presidential decrees to that effect are posted on the Web site of the National Legal Information Center.
