HANOI. Nov 7 (Interfax) - Russia-Vietnam trade could be more efficient, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Wednesday.
The agreement on building a nuclear power plant in Vietnam, in which Russia will invest about $10 billion, is a pilot project, the prime minister said.
"There are certain nuances that need to be discussed" at the Vietnamese NPP negotiations, Medvedev said.
"We have reached basic consent. We will work by the Vietnamese plans because, after all, the works will be done on their territory," he added.
