Problem found in 2nd stage of S. Korean rocket - Roscosmos

MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax-AVN) - The launch of the South Korean KSLV launch vehicle from the Naro Space Center in South Korea was cancelled due to the need to replace a device in the rocket's second stage, the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) said.

"Preliminary findings indicate that a device in the second stage needs to be replaced, and therefore the launch vehicle is being removed from the launch pad and transported to the technical area to eliminate the problem," Roscosmos told Interfax-AVN on Thursday.
