ASTANA. Jan 23 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has appointed Saken Zhasuzakov a Kazakh first deputy defense minister and the chief of staff of the Kazakh armed forces, the presidential press service reported on Tuesday.
Nazarbayev also appointed Ruslan Zhaksylykov the commander of the Interior Ministry's Interior Forces.
