Kazakhstan drafts new friendship treaty with Russia

MOSCOW. Jan 25 (Interfax) - Kazakh Foreign Minister Erlan Idrisov has told his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov that he brought a new draft bilateral treaty on friendship and allied relations to Moscow.

"I am pleased to inform you that, in accordance with the instructions given by our leaders and our agreements, I have brought a new draft treaty on friendship and allied relations," Idrisov said.
