Russia doesn't have specific info on N. Korea's readiness for nuclear tests - Russian diplomat

MOSCOW. Feb 1 (Interfax) - Russia has no information that North Korea has prepared the testing ground for the next nuclear test, the Russian Foreign Ministry's charge d'affairs Grigory Logvinov told Interfax on Friday.

"According to information received from various countries and relevant international establishments in charge of nuclear non-proliferation, the testing ground [for the nuclear test] is indeed ready," Logvinov said.

"However, we really do not have the information on whether this testing ground is ready. And I doubt that anyone else besides the North Koreans has this information," the Russian diplomat said, commenting on the media reports that North Korea may conduct a nuclear test in the nearest future.
