Obama invited to visit Russia with no concrete date agreed - Peskov

MOSCOW. Feb 1 (Interfax) - U.S. President Barack Obama's special visit to Russia is not being planned so far, but Obama has been invited with no concrete date agreed, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"We remain orientated to the G8 [summit to be held in St. Petersburg in autumn 2013). Invitations will be sent to all of the G8 members. Obama's special visit is not on the agenda for now. The U.S. president has an invitation that remains in force but no concrete date has been agreed," Peskov said in an answer to a question from Interfax.
