MOSCOW. Feb 1 (Interfax) - Venezuela will not borrow any more money from Russia to buy arms, said Venezuelan Ambassador Hugo Hernandez.
"We will not apply for a fresh Russian loan to buy weapons. We are implementing the agreements already available," he told reporters on Friday in response to a question from Interfax.
On the construction of two Kalashnikov rifle and ammunition plants in Venezuela, he said no problems exist in this sphere. "These projects are well underway," Hernandez said.
