MOSCOW Feb 12 (Interfax) - Parchin is not a nuclear facility, but Tehran is prepared to allow International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors access after the format of their work is defined, said Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi.
"It is not a nuclear facility and it is therefore not covered by the obligations agreed by Iran and the IAEA. But we have pledged to cooperate with the IAEA on this issue after the format of our cooperation is defined," he said at a press conference in Moscow.
"The IAEA has inspected this facility before. If it is to conduct a fresh inspection a format should be defined for it," he said.
