MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - Measurements taken at 1000 GMT on Tuesday showed no changes in background radiation levels anywhere in Russia after North Korea's latest underground nuclear test, Yury Varakin, a senior official at the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (Roshydromet), told Interfax.
Earlier, he said Russian services were monitoring background radiation in Russian regions bordering North Korea on an hourly basis.
