MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax) - Moscow will not continue nuclear reductions without U.S. guarantees that its missile defense network is not targeted against Russia, State Duma International Affairs Committee Chairman Alexei Pushkov told Interfax.
"We will not agree to the reductions. First, the United States will have to guarantee that its system is not built against us," Pushkov said.
Another option is the involvement of Russia in the missile defense project, he said. "I think we should insist on being a part of this system. We should find a way to do it," the committee head noted.
