Obama's adviser Donilon will likely bring disarmament offers to Russia - Pushkov

MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax) - Alexei Pushkov, the head of the State Duma committee on international affairs, believes the secret letter that U.S. presidential advisor Thomas Donilon will bring to Moscow in February will contain offers on disarmament, including nuclear disarmament.

"The U.S. president's National Security Advisor Thomas Donilon is expected to arrive in Moscow in February. He is expected to bring a so-called secret letter," Pushkov said.

"It is believed that no one knows what this letter will say, but it will most likely contain some proposals in the sphere of disarmament, including nuclear," Pushkov told a press conference at the Interfax central office.
