Contract for supply of six Su destroyers to Indonesia signed - Rosoboronexport

MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax-AVN) - Anatoly Isaikin, general director of OAO Rosoboronexport, said six planes developed by the company Sukhoi will be supplied to Indonesia.

"A contract for the supply of six planes has been signed and they will be supplied," Isaikin said.

According to earlier reports, the value of the contract for the supply of six Su-30MK2 destroyers to Indonesia is $40 million.

It is the largest weapons contract in the entire history of Russian-Indonesian military-technical cooperation.

The contract envisions the supply of planes, spare plane engines and other technical property.

The Indonesian Air Force already has ten Su destroyers (four Su-27SKM planes and six Su-30MK2 planes).
