MOSCOW. Feb 20 (Interfax) - Former Deputy Moscow region Prosecutor Alexander Ignatenko, suspected of playing a key role in the operation of a network of clandestine casinos in the Moscow region, will face an updated indictment, Ignatenko's defense lawyer Alexander Asnis told Interfax on Tuesday.
"Investigators plan to present a final version of an indictment against Ignatenko in the near future," Asnis said.
The ex-prosecutor refuses to provide any testimony before this is done, he said.
