MOSCOW. Feb 25 (Interfax) - The Russian Justice Ministry has not registered a single "foreign agent" NGO, Minister Alexander Konovalov told a Friday press briefing in Moscow, following a ministry board meeting.
"There has been no registration of "foreign agent" NGOs so far," he said. "Yet they may come spilling out shortly."
