MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - French President Francois Hollande said no headway has been made in the talks on the Iranian nuclear program.
"Unfortunately, we now state that the negotiations have not yielded any specific results, despite the sanctions," Hollande told a press conference following the negotiations with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
Hollande said Iran "needs to give up its military nuclear program without any conditions."
"The only possible method is to begin negotiations," he said.
