MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - The League of Arab States should concentrate on assisting the talks based on the Geneva Agreements to settle the Syrian conflict, not deal with less important problems, a leading member of the Syrian National Coordination Committee Heisam Manaa said.
"The Arab League's issue is that it is dealing currently not with the main problem, and we would want it to concentrate all the efforts on the negotiation process based on the Geneva Agreements," Manaa told reporters after his meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow on Monday, when asked by Interfax about the Arab League's decision to transfer the place of Damascus in the League to the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces.
