MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax-AVN) - RT-Chemcomposite has created highly efficient technology to make space rocket fuel.
"The space rocket fuel plant can meet the industry's demand," a report obtained by Interfax-AVN on Monday quoted RT-Chemcomposite General Director Sergei Sokol.
The holding's State Research Institute of Organoelemental Compound Chemistry and Technology developed and tested the fuel PG-2.
PG-2 is being used by NPO Energomash based in Khimki, Moscow region, the Energia Corporation and other space industry enterprises.
RT-Chemcomposite is a Rostekh branch comprising innovative research centers, which produce new materials, unique structures and technologies, and serially manufacture high-tech products for space, aircraft, military hardware and armaments, ground and water transport, energy and chemical sectors.
