Co-chairs of Geneva discussions on S. Caucasus to visit S. Ossetia

TSKHINVALI. March 13 (Interfax) - The co-chairs of the international discussions on security in the South Caucasus (the Geneva International Discussions) are expected to visit South Ossetia on Wednesday.

The delegation includes Co-Chair Andriy Deshchytsya representing the OSCE, EU Co-Chair Philippe Lefort, UN Co-Chair Antti Turunen, UNHCR representative Guillermo Bettocchi, European Commission representative Thierry Bechet and OSCE employee Emmanuel Anquetil.

"While visiting Tskhinvali, the co-chairs will meet with post-conflict settlement envoy Murat Dzhioyev and members of the South Ossetian delegation in the Geneva International Discussions," it said.

The delegation members also plan to meet with members of ethnic diasporas and visit the Znauri water intake facility.

The 23rd round of the Geneva International Discussions is scheduled for March 26-27.
