MOSCOW. March 20 (Interfax) - Salaries in the Russian military industrial complex will grow 50% in two years and will double in five in comparison with 2011, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said at a military industrial conference on the development of the Russian military industrial sector held in Moscow on Wednesday.
"If the sales volume of arms and equipment remains the same, we plan to increase salaries in the military industrial sector 50% by 2015 and to double them by 2018 in comparison with 2011," Rogozin said.
Rogozin said that thanks to measures being implemented to raise state orders and state support of core strategic enterprises of the military industrial sector, salaries in the sector grew almost 40% in the past three years.
