KHARKIV. April 8 (Interfax) - Former Ukrainian prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko will not be moved to Kyiv on Monday to attend court hearings in the lawmaker Yevhen Shcherban murder case, Ihor Kolpashchikov, the chief of the prison in Kharkiv where Tymoshenko is serving her term, told reporters on Sunday.
"Yulia Tymoshenko will not be transported to Kyiv tomorrow. We received a letter today, saying that the judge has been on sick leave for seven days now," he said, adding that he would inform Tymoshenko about that.
Investigative actions were to be conducted at the Kyiv Court of Appeals on Monday as part of the probe into the murder of lawmaker Yevhen Shcherban. Businessman Haiduk was to be questioned.
