MOSCOW. April 11 (Interfax-AVN) - Unbreakable Brotherhood 2013 exercises of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will be held in Russia in October, CSTO Military Committee Chairman Ilyazbek Subankulov told reporters on Wednesday.
"We listened to the report of CSTO Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Alexander Studenikin about preparations for Interaction 2013 and Unbreakable Brotherhood 2013 exercises scheduled for October in Russia," Subankulov said after the first meeting of the Military Committee in Moscow.
Interaction 2013 will be a part of the Russian-Belarusian strategic exercises, he said.
"Collective Operative Reaction Force (CORF) units will be engaged, and member countries will decide which military contingents and task forces to assign to the exercises," Subankulov noted.
He said the Military Committee discussed military-technical cooperation, operational and combat training in the CSTO.
