MOSCOW. Aug 5 (Interfax) - Interior Ministry bodies have launched a criminal case in relation to an instance of the desecration of the Russian flag by a member of the U.S. rock group the Bloodhound Gang during a concert in Ukraine.
"A special probing unit of the Interior Ministry department for Krasnodar territory has launched a criminal case in relation to an instance of desecration of the national flag of the Russian Federation," Interfax was told at the Interior Ministry press center.
